The process
Four steps. No outcome is promised: the inspector records what is measurable and visible on the day, and you decide what to do with it.
Send the listing link or the VIN, the city and a time that suits the seller. We reply with the visit slot and the fee confirmed in writing before an inspector travels.
The inspector works at ground level with a paint thickness gauge, an OBD scanner and a torch. Paint thickness readings are recorded at fixed points on each panel, visible defects and corrosion are photographed, and a road test is included where the package covers one.
The report covers nine checklist areas, opens with a summary page that lists Action recommended items first, matches each finding to its photo reference, and closes with the items that could not be checked on the day.

150-point checklist
An inspector works through 150 points across nine vehicle areas in a fixed order and writes down what he sees.
About 90 minutes on site. The OBD-II scan output is saved, each finding is photographed, and the report states which areas were reached. See what the report contains.

Sills, strut towers and apron seams checked for weld marks and straightening.
Checked from below where a lift is available, ground-level notes where it is not.

At ground level the inspector cannot see behind undertrays or between the floor and the road surface. Where a lift is available, the undercarriage and floors are checked from below. Anything not reached is listed as not inspected, and the scan output is attached as raw data, not as a diagnosis.

Static inspection at ground level with no road test. The inspector records paint thickness readings at fixed points, checks lights, tyres, interior electrics, fluid levels, engine-bay leaks, and scans fault codes.
UAH 3,400
Everything in Essential, plus the car is raised on a lift for underbody access and taken on a road test. The inspector notes brake, steering and suspension behaviour, underside corrosion and drivetrain condition.
UAH 5,400
Everything in Standard, plus a compression test, panel-by-panel paint mapping, diagnostic data logging and an extended photo report. Recommended for luxury, import or high-mileage vehicles.
UAH 1,500 flat fee

The written report
The inspector records paint thickness readings at fixed points on each panel, notes visible repairs, and measures wear items. Every line is then tagged with one of three labels. You decide what a label means for your budget.
A reading was taken and nothing irregular showed up at that point on the day of the visit. Tyre tread measured at 6 mm across the axle. Paint thickness consistent at the recorded points on the left rear door.
Wear or early deterioration that is not a fault today. Front brake pads at 4 mm, oil mist at the sump gasket, light cracking on an inner sidewall. Re-check at your next service and keep the quote on file.
Items that need attention or a second opinion before money changes hands. The summary page lists these first, and each one is keyed to a numbered photo, so your own mechanic can quote from the same picture the inspector used.
It is a non-invasive, ground-level assessment of the vehicle as presented on the day. It is not a warranty, a dismantled inspection, or a history check, and the Essential Check at UAH 1,900 includes no road test. Corrosion under trim, faults that appear only under load, and repairs hidden beyond the measured points stay outside what was recorded. The Full Check at UAH 3,400 adds a road test and runs in five covered cities: Kyiv, Lviv, Odesa, Dnipro and Kharkiv.
